You can reject incoming commission requests from the "Requests" tab in the Commissions section of the Creator Dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on the commission request you want to reject and click the "Reject Commission" button.
A pop-up menu will appear that allows you to choose from a list of common reasons for rejection. You can also write a custom message to the fan in the "Rejection details" field with additional context about why you rejected their request and explain what would be required to accept the request if they were to resubmit.
If you want to give the fan the option to re-request the commission after being rejected, make sure that checkbox is clicked! If you do not want them to re-submit the request, leave that box unchecked.
Click "Confirm Rejection" to reject the request and notify the fan via email.
After rejecting the request, the fan who sent the request will receive an email notifying them about the rejection along with the reasons you provided and instructions on how to resubmit their request if you’ve given them that option. They will need to return to the Zestworld website and complete check-out again to submit a new request.
Please note: the fan’s payment is canceled on rejection. If you're giving them the option to re-submit, they will be required to pay again on re-request.
